Design

We work to customer supplied drawing or supply our own fully detailed designs using AutoCAD 2004, Solid Works and Catia.

For larger project it can be advantageous to enter into a period of Simultaneous engineering where both parties work together to propose the most cost effective way of implementing new systems.

We also do a lot of prototype work in the form of jigs and fixtures building one off and testing both in our facility and at customers plants these can be as large as car body slings and as small as a front axle assembly.

All of our jobs are supplied with a full set of documentation including, Mechanical manuals, GA's and detailed drawings, CE certification, Recommended parts lists, Method statements, and Risk assessments.
